  • Tuition & Billing

    MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN

Tuition for all classes is calculated into a yearly rate based on the total number of classes in the entire dance season (September-June), which is then divided into 10 monthly payments.Payments are the same each month, regardless of the number of weeks/classes, because the full year’s tuition is split into 10 equal installments. Please see our registration page for detailed rates & class packages.

    LATE FEES
All tuition payments are due on the first of the month! If tuition is not paid by the 10th of each month, a late fee of $25 will be applied to your bill.

    AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

All GDC families will be set up on automatic payments, unless otherwise specified, so that you never forget and can avoid late fees!

    REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Tuition is non-refundable. Tuition will not be prorated or refunded for absences or cancellations, but make-ups may be offered.

If you plan to discontinue class you must notify the studio via email, not the instructor. You will be charged for tuition up until the front desk is officially notified of the drop. If a class is dropped mid-month, refunds will not be given for the remaining classes in that month.

  • Attendance

Class attendance is of the utmost importance for all dancers! We want all of our students to be prepared for performances & be able to dance safely. When students routinely miss class, or miss multiple classes in a row, they lose out on important information which can potentially lead to injuries or become a hazard to other dancers in the class.

If your dancer absolutely has to miss class, or you plan to be out of town for an extended period, we ask that you please inform us ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.

Any dancer missing more than 5 consecutive classes or 10 classes total in the span of a season may not be permitted to perform at the recital/competitions.

All classes for 2 weeks prior to any performances, conventions, or competitions are mandatory!

If your dancer becomes ill or injured and will not be able to participate for several weeks, please communicate this with staff.

  • Costumes

Everyone must order a costume to participate in recital! Costumes will be ordered in December before the holiday break. Order forms & payments must be submitted to have your dancer’s costume ordered!

  • Positive Vibes

GDC is a warm and welcoming space for all of our dancers and parents! Our goal is to foster positivity, creativity, healthy minds & bodies, and passionate love for dance in every student! We strive for every member of our dance family to treat themselves & each other with all of the kindness, love and respect they deserve.
