Leaps & Turns

Leaps & Turns consists of various drills and exercises used to improve technique. The goal of the class is to break down the steps learned in other classes and perfect them. Classes begin with an extended warm up of stretching and strength conditioning. The second part of class is dedicated to improving extension, turns and leaps, working the right and left sides equally. Younger students will focus on basic drills, with exercises gradually increasing in difficulty as students become more advanced.
